Forced to step into the limelight to protect those he cares about in Harlem, Luke Cage draws the attention of Cottonmouth and Diamondback towards himself. They, along with Mariah Dillard and Shades, create unrest in the neighborhood as Detective Misty Knight tries to figure out who is really responsible, and whether she trusts this bulletproof black man that everyone either loves or hates.
