In episode 5, Scarfe arrives at this location to deliver Cornell’s guns, but has second thoughts. The following episode has him trying to fleece the criminal for an extra $100k before being shot and left for dead by Stokes.

This lot, on Railroad Avenue, is just up the road from the Railroad Studios and has been used in The Punisher show as well.
