Luke stops into Colon’s Gym to deliver the message that his criminal enterprise is no longer welcome in Harlem. Subsequent episodes have Mariah visiting with the heads of the five major players in uptown to offer Cornell’s business to the highest bidder and Misty coming in to question Domingo about his knowledge of all things gangster.

Initially, this location was assumed to have been built on the Broadway soundstages, much like Fogwell’s Gym in Daredevil. Further exploration of other locations from this season revealed it to be the first-floor gymnasium at the school located at 25 (sometimes listed as 29) Nassau Avenue in Brooklyn. This is the same location that was used this season for the exterior of the 29th Precinct. Domingo’s office was erected on the stage at one end of the gym, adding some stairs in front for easy access. A PDF brochure of the interior can be found at this Loopnet link.
