Looking to cover his butt and catch Scarfe before anyone else, Lt. Perez suggests that he and Misty stake out Scarfe’s apartment.

The exterior of the building is located at W 172nd and Broadway in Washington Heights. But for the episode, the street sign was changed to W 150th Street, putting Scarfe’s apartment squarely in Harlem.
