Detective Chang just caught a body. An African-American woman, mid-twenties, in front of a bodega.

Using Misty’s lost smartphone, Shades texts Candace for a meeting. The young woman, believing she is meeting the detective, thinks nothing of it, even up to the point that Shades shoots her dead, eliminating the risk to Mariah Dillard.

This bodega is located at 299 Halsey, at the corner of Halsey Street and Throop Avenue.
