In the last episodes of Season 1, Claire takes Candace to her mother’s apartment in Harlem for safekeeping as a favor to Misty. They watch news reports about the battle between Cage and Stryker on the television before Candace gets a text, presumably from Misty Knight.

Interior

Claire now lives at her mother Soledad’s apartment, uptown. In episode 11, Danny and Davos use this location as a hideout while planning their next move against The Hand. The In-Universe address is 588 W 147th St.

As with the appearance of the apartment in Luke Cage Season 1, the interior was filmed on a soundstage.

Outside the apartment complex, Claire runs into Colleen and the two share some words. Claire eventually realizes that they need the swordmistresses help if they intend to defeat The Hand.

After Luke gets out of prison, Claire brings him right back to her apartment (actually her mother’s apartment), where they get busy making up for lost time, finally getting that “coffee” they’ve promised each other. A few episodes later, Luke busts in to make sure Claire is safe and tells her she needs to leave for her own protection.
