According to the episode, Candace’s address is 555 Edgecombe Ave, and Mariah later states that says Duke Ellington and Count Basie once lived in this building, so it would be a shame if they had to stage a killing inside the property. While that may be true (Duke Ellington also has a residence listed at 935 St Nicholas Aveenue), this was filmed outside 715 W 175th Street in Washington Heights.
