Luke finds Chico holed up in a hotel with his share of the money. He tells the youth that the best way forward is to return the cash and leave town.

For the brief shot in episode 1 and this sequence in episode 2, the assumption is that production built this set on a soundstage, especially since Luke kicks the door down.
