At the conclusion of episode 11, Luke found himself being arrested by the NYPD, wrongfully accused of killing Cornell Stokes.
Intersection
The sequence opens with the police convoy racing past an intersection. The vehicles slow down right after this for a homeless woman crossing the road.
Sidewalk
During the stop, Luke busts out of the back of the paddy wagon and runs along the sidewalk, away from the officers firing at him.
Both these sequences take place on the same block. The intersection is 47th Avenue at Greenpoint/44th Street in Woodside, while the sidewalk run and shootout occur one block east on 45th Street.

Alley
Luke ducks into and through a series of alleys to avoid the police.
One might assume that if the production was already at a location filming the first part of a sequence, that the rest of it would be filmed at the same place as well. But none of the alleys near 45th Street match up to the one he runs into.

Basement
Luke bursts through a door and makes his way through a basement, only to get stopped by an officer on his way out. Luckily, the man knows and respects Luke, and lets him go.
These basements and alleyways are probably part of the same building where the previous sequence was filmed, but for now remain unknown.
