Exterior
The Alcove, which is a club owned by Silvermane, appears in nearly every episode of the series. Cat Hardy is a performer there, which is initially what draws Ben Reilly into her orbit.
Fortunately, the production didn’t need to change the name of this building, as Ninth and Broadway makes as much sense in New York as it does in Los Angeles. This theater is obviously located on the corner of W 9th Street and South Broadway. According to the poster hanging out front of the theater, the In-Universe address is 7846 Broadway in New York City.

Interior
In episode 1, inside the club, Ben gets his first look at Cat Hardy, and it’s bang, zoom–to the moon!
The interior of the club was built on a soundstage for the production.
Basement
Donegal is taken down to the basement by Silvermane’s men and tortured for the location of James Addison.
While it’s possible that the basement of Ninth and Broadway was used for this quick scene, it’s also possible that the production built a set on their soundstage.

Adjacent Rooftop
In episode 2, Flint Marko becomes a super-creeper as he stands on the roof of the building across the street and watches Cat in her apartment.
While not across the street, this building is on the same block as Ninth and Broadway. The building he’s standing on is the Broadway Building at 824 S. Broadway.

Cat Hardy’s Apartment
Cat’s apartment, which is located upstairs from the club, is seen in several of the episodes. It was constructed on a soundstage, as evidenced by several shots of the camera directly outside her window.
