Exterior

After getting wind that Robbie is snooping around for information on Addison, Lonnie finds Flint holed up in an old theater. Cat brings Ben to this place in episode 4 and reveals it was where she got her singing career started.

The exterior of the theater is a theater façade at Wall Street and New York Street on the Universal Studios backlot. The inside was shot somewhere else entirely.

Interior

The inside of this dilapidated theater uses the Variety Arts Theater on S. Figueroa. It’s a theater built in 1924, which has undergone a partial renovation circa 2015, but has never been completed. Several other parts of the theater were used as other locations for the season.

Exterior Fire Escape

Flint angrily busts out of the fire escape after seeing Cat and Ben inside the theater.

This fire escape is actually the stairs on the side of the Variety Arts Theater.
