A beacon of self-sustaining clean energy.
In this universe, Tony Stark has his headquarters, powered by a self-sustaining ARC reactor at 200 Park Avenue, just behind the Grand Central Terminal (replacing the MetLife building). Stark tower serves as the Avengers base of operations through the first two Avengers films, before relocating to upstate New York at the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Stark Tower & Grand Central Terminal
Spider-Man: Homecoming opens with a flashback showing the destruction of Stark Tower and Grand Central Terminal, where the Leviathan had crashed into it. While not shot at this location, the background plates are meant to represent this location from The Avengers, 2012.
