I got a husband. Not that it’s ever stopped me from having a good time.
Interior
The first episode opens with Investigator Ben Reilly on a case, tracking down a man named Addison. He finds him at this swanky bar.
This “red bar” goes unnamed in the show. But thanks to Sander, we can reveal that it’s The Prince, a Korean restaurant/bar inside the Windsor Apartments on W. 7th Avenue. Originally a full bar, called The Windsor, this location stood in for The Brown Derby in another classic noir film, Chinatown.

Exterior
Ben follows Addison outside, where he is revealed by a shout from a helpful busboy who provides Ben with his hat. The investigator pursues the man and heads into a nearby alley.
Ben doesn’t exit The Prince or The Windsor. Instead, he’s about 4 miles away from Koreatown in Downtown Los Angeles, running out of The Barclay on 4th Street.

Alley
Ben chases Addison through a nearby alley and out the other side.
The chase takes Ben and Addison into the alley of Harlem Place, heading south, away from 4th Street. When this scene continues, the pair will run onto the backlot of the Warner Bros. Studios.
