Grant Ward kidnaps his brother, Christian, a Senator, and drives him out to the family cabin in Massachusetts. There, he gets Christian to confess to torturing him as a young boy before forcing him to dig up the old well. Ward then does something unspeakable.

The Lodge, one of the cabin sets at Canyon Ranch in Thousand Oaks, served as the rustic location for the ‘B’ storyline. A quick shot of Zabo and Jaiying in a wooded area at the end of the episode may also have been shot here.
