The Ten Rings toppled governments…

Part of the prologue of the film includes brief shots of the Ten Rings working in the shadows, throughout history. Here a member of the organization explodes a bomb at the center of the British Government.

This scene was takes place on King Charles Street, just outside the London Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office buildings. A similar shot, at the same location, was used in Captain America: The First Avenger.
