Peter, and his aunt May and uncle Ben, live in Queens, right next door to his childhood crush, Mary Jane Watson.

The pair of houses used for these characters actually are in Queens, on 69th Rd, just off Metropolitan Ave. The same location was used for the Spider-Man 2 sequel. By the third film the characters had moved on to other locations.
