Besides the Oscorp Tower in Manhattan, there is also a manufacturing plant located somewhere else in the New York area. These establishing shots of the factory set the stage for Norman Osborne’s experiments.
Both the day and night shots of the factory appear to be three-dimensional matte paintings. The live action footage of the truck in the daytime shot may have been filmed at the Rockwell Defense Plant, in Downey, CA, but that has not been confirmed.
