Pershing Park, Washington DC | MCU Location Scout

One moment I’m sittin’ there, the next I’m standin’ in that park.

After firing at President Ross, Isaiah jumps out the south window of the White House and runs east on the road just south of the Treasury building, exiting the White House complex onto 15th Street NW before running into Pershing Park.

While there are some potential visual effects in the camera work of this sequence, it appears that the actors and crew were actually filming at Pershing Park. In the background, when the police cars arrive, the Willard Hotel complex is visible. This is the location where Jasper Sitwell was kidnapped by Sam, Steve, and Natasha in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
