Fleeing from the fight at Midland Circle in the previous episode, the four heroes decide to hide out in this Chinese restaurant. Most of episode 4 is spent at this location, which is located In-Universe at 495 W. 47th Street in Hell’s Kitchen–putting it only about 8 blocks away from the Hand’s headquarters. The following episode features the arrival of Five Fingers of the Hand in a fight, which decimates the establishment.
In reality, this was filmed in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, at the corner of Lorimer Street and Meeker Avenue. The production converted an old car wash into the Royal Dragon Chinese Restaurant, allowing them to destroy the facility so elegantly.
