Pier 81, New York | MCU: Location Scout

Frank emerges from the shadows on Pier 81.

My sources tell me his product come in by ship.

Matt and Frank, both using various means, arrive at Pier 81–also called the pier at 41st Street–hoping to find The Blacksmith. Things go south as Matt is knocked into the water just before the ship explodes, presumably killing Frank.

The Brooklyn Navy Yard’s Dry Dock 4 is the location for this large pyrotechnic display. The boat is the USCGC Lilac, No.227, a decommissioned Coast Guard buoy tender which is now a museum ship normally berthed at Pier 25.
