Uh, by the way, I am sorry about the nose.

Ben is being transported from his apartment after being grabbed by Perry and Pudge, two of Silvermane’s goons. He manages to distract Pudge and jumps out of the car while on the bridge and gets away.

While the sequence contains a lot of visual effects to make Los Angeles look like New York of the 1930s, there’s still an element of this that appears to be real. Part of the structure of the bridge looks to be a physical location, rather than a construction on a soundstage. It’s just unclear where that may be at this time. Maybe after a “Making of” special on the show comes out.
