Jemma marvels at how lifelike Julia is as they drive along a road. They soon arrive at a checkpoint outside Sector 5, where Simmons admits she doesn’t have identification. Julia panics and tells her to get out of the car.

This driving sequence and the checkpoint were filmed along southbound Crystal Springs Drive, on the east side of Griffith Park. In the last image below, the entrance sign for the I-5 Freeway can barely be seen.
