Al & Cam’s Arcade

While playing arcade games, Sam and Billy Koenig are attacked by Russian mercenaries. Billy is eventually taken hostage.

According to Agents of SHIELD Season Four Declassified, this sequence was filmed at a Dave & Busters (now known as XLanes LA), part of the Little Tokyo Galleria in Los Angeles. The name of the arcade, as well as the city it’s located in, comes from a quick shot of a video screen with details on Billy.

Alley

Billy chases the men into an alley outside the arcade, where Shockley appears with a stun baton (perhaps that’s where he gets his name from), knocking Billy out and driving away with him.

This alley is also at the Little Tokyo Galleria. The street view below shows where the action was filmed, with the vehicle exiting the alley onto S Alameda Street, heading south.
