Murakami. The guy who pulled the strings behind Nobu.
The cold open of episode 5 has the members of the Hand tightening their grip around The Defenders. Murakami crosses through what appears to be a power plant of some kind and exits into an alley.
This was a perplexing location, as the window looks like one of the windows outside Guastavino’s (the restaurant where Trish is attacked at the end of the episode), except that the windows pictured above have a different number of panels. At least the window panes on the sides of the restaurant. Checking the window on the riverside (underneath the Queensboro bridge) of the restaurant revealed the correct number, as well as the paneling by Murakami and the building across the street (which is located just across E. 60th Street).
