The earthquake at the conclusion of the previous episode created chaos in the city. From his rooftop, Matt hears an altercation in the alley behind Hell’s Kitchen Pawn and rushes in to stop it.

If you feel like you’ve seen this alley before, you’re not wrong. It’s the same alley that Matt ducks into when trailing Gao’s courier in Daredevil season 1, episode 12. It’s the alley next to 8 West 19th Street. Even with its dramatic lighting, the windows seen in the street outside the alley helped give it away.
