I always thought you should be in pictures, Peg.
Western Street
Jarvis and Peggy find Howard Stark directing his new motion picture, a comic book adaptation of Kid Colt Outlaw, on a western street at his movie studio.
Kid Colt is a real character published by Marvel Comics under their Timely and Atlas imprints. This showdown was filmed on Avenue M on the backlot of Universal Studios Hollywood.

Howard Stark Office
The trio adjourns to Howard’s office to look at the Isodyne newsreel footage of the atomic test.
It was pure luck finding this location, which is an office inside the La Cañada Flintridge residence that is used for the exteriors (and some interiors) of Stark’s Los Angeles Mansion in Season 2. Even though this location is physically inside the Mansion location, it is still assumed to be an office at Stark Pictures.
This is a Private Residence. Please be considerate to the owners of the Property.

Stark Pictures Backlot
So as to not endanger innocent lives, a Zero Matter rift was opened on the backlot of Stark Pictures to draw Whiney out of hiding.
The London & Paris squares on the Universal backlot were the location for the final showdown with Whitney Frost and Zero Matter.
