The interiors of the Bucharest Hotel were filmed on the soundstages in Culver City.
Transhumanist Club
The team’s main focus in Bucharest is to meet with Holden Radcliffe, a biotechnologist whom Hive is seeking to assist with some Kree experiments. FitzSimmons tracks him to a transhumanist club where they pose as scientists interested in selling their wares.
This club was filmed in The Reserve of the AG Bartlett Building, an oft-used location for any number of settings, found in downtown Los Angeles.

A second establishing shot, also a piece of stock footage, was used when cutting back to Simmons and Fitz returning to the hotel for the consummation of their relationship. It is of the Westin Excelsior hotel in Rome.
