Dwight Frye’s Apartment

The ATCU and SHIELD team up to grab Dwight Frye, an IT professional who is working with Lash to install tracking programs on Inhumans’ computers. The name of the character is a nod to character actor Dwight Frye, best known for his work as Renfield in the 1931 Dracula film, as well as assistant to Doctor Frankenstein in Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein. In this episode, the character is the sniveling assistant to the monster Lash.

The apartment and exteriors were shot on Brownstone Street at the Warner Bros. backlot, specifically building number 4024.

Truck Accident

While transporting Frye, the ATCU van is attacked by Lash, who kills Frye but leaves Daisy unharmed.
