Later, Bill escorts young Wilson into an empty lot to confront bully Bernie, who called Wilson a loser.

The production didn’t have to travel too far, turning their cameras into an abandoned lot on the north side of South 4th for this scene. The lot is no longer there, but the Google Street View, below, shows the distinctive blue door behind Bernie.
