Exterior – Street
Dottie exits the subway on this street corner in front of building 327, which she enters. In the following episode, Thompson exits the corner building after being unable to follow the trained assassin.
The street-level entrance to the dentist’s office was filmed on the Warner Bros. backlot on the New York street segment, just across the street from the facade for New York Bell. This was the same corner where Peggy crossed the street in the first episode.

Interior
Dottie enters suite 310 in an apparent interview with the Dentist, Seth Honicky (who is a creep). She kills the man and uses his office window to communicate with Dr. Ivchenko across the street at the SSR Offices. In episode 7, Sousa investigates the floor after Peggy suspects something may be up. He spooks Dottie, who takes off down the stairwell, by jumping straight down it.
With the stunts needed for these scenes, specifically the stairwell, it seemed evident that a real location was used. The book Agent Carter Declassified Season One mentioned shooting in a building in downtown LA for this scene. That led to realizing that all the hallways and offices were also part of the Spring Arts Tower at 453 S. Spring Street. This also connected some dots that the same location was used as a former doctor’s office in Agents of SHIELD season 2.

Exterior – Building
A wide shot shows Dottie with a rifle in the window of the dentist’s office. Since no high-rise structure was available on the backlot, the production matted her into the Rose Building, in Cleveland, a perennial New York-like location.
