The interiors of the hotel appear to have been filmed in a real Los Angeles building, as evidenced by the stairs and hallway. In fact, it’s been discovered that they are the upper floors of the Mary Andrews Clark Home, the same location whose lobby and front room fill in for the Griffith Hotel.
