You’re worried they’re gonna find out about your brother, aren’t you?

A wounded Talbot visits the offices of Senator Christian Ward, brother to HYDRA operative Grant Ward. Later, Coulson makes a visit and offers the Senator a deal: his brother in exchange for leaving the remnants of SHIELD alone.

The Senator’s offices are probably a quick build on a soundstage, but it’s possible that they, along with the staircase that Talbot descends, are part of the same location. At this time, the staircase identity is unknown, but since other parts of this episode were filmed at the Huntington Library in San Marino, there’s a good chance this quick insert was filmed at the same time.
