Establishing
The establishing shot of the UN Headquarters is a stock shot of the real building located on the East Side of Manhattan in New York.

Interior Meeting Room
General Talbot addresses members of the United Nations when a group of SHIELD terrorists (actually HYDRA agents trying to discredit SHIELD) busts in, attacking and killing members of the group.
This is a great-looking meeting room, with natural lighting on two sides and an AV room (or some elevated space at one end), and it remained an unknown location for a long time. All that was known about it was a single image from the All Pictures Media website showing a small image of the same room (based on the ceiling and desk styles alone). But these websites don’t provide the actual name or location of their images (for privacy), so it was back to square one.
Additional Googling of the paintings/murals on the wall in the All Pictures Media image led to discovering that the one on the right was named “Orange Pickers” and was originally from the Sunkist Growers office in Sherman Oaks. Digging into this location, the Sunkist Headquarters on Riverside Drive is an oft-used filming location going back several decades. While the exterior was the most used visual, based on a rudimentary search, obviously, the interior of the building would be used as well. It’s always fun to discover a location that hasn’t been seen before in the series.
