A man, later identified as Sebastian Derik, enters a tattoo shop. His body is covered with the same mysterious imagery that Coulson has been carving.
Since this sequence was so quick, and the tattoo shop does not appear in later episodes, it’s probably a set created at the Culver Studios. But there’s always a chance that the crew found a real location and shot there. This will stay as ‘unknown’ until any new information comes to light.
