Santa Maria De Las Flores

This Miami church experienced a devastating fire. But of interest to the church is the painting of the Virgin Mary with strange symbols on its back that somehow, miraculously survived the blaze.

The Trinity Lutheran Church in Long Beach was used to depict this burned Catholic church visited by the Bishop.

Hotel La Ona

Talbot mentions he’s staying at the Hotel La Ona downtown.

The two quick establishing shots of this “hotel” are actually the Miami Tower, a unique and distinctive building in downtown Miami. The interiors of the hotel, both the hallway and rooms, were built on a soundstage to accommodate the fight choreography and special effects of May versus “May.”

Establishing (Episode 3)

The Agents return to Miami in Season 4 as Yo-Yo attends the bachelorette party for her friend Maria.

The Luxury Horizon

The Sky Bar of a hotel hosts a party. The initial image contains a visual effect to include a soundstage version of the deck onto a stock shot of a skyscraper in an unknown part of town. This hotel is called The Luxury Horizon, Miami Suites, according to a map that Fitz draws on later in the episode. A full set of Hotel logos and a menu for the Sky Bar rooftop bar were created for the show as depicted in Agents of SHIELD Season Four Declassified.

Yo-Yo, Maria, and others descend to the lobby during the blackout, only to encounter the Watchdogs looking for an Inhuman.

The Rendezvous Court at The Biltmore Los Angeles was used for this location. The distinctive fountain in the lobby is a dead giveaway.
