I have General Jones and his party here to meet with General Talbot.

Security Checkpoint

Using some special spycraft and some intel taken from General Talbot, the Agents sneak into a Marine Base where the original 084 is being held.

According to some dialogue by Eric Koenig, this facility is “near the Pentagon.” However, these scenes were still shot in Southern California. The security checkpoint sequences were shot at the entrance to a Boeing plant in Long Beach. This was the home and manufacturing facility of the C-17 Globemaster III, which explains why a plane that looks like The Bus is in the background of some shots.

Warehouse Interior

Inside the warehouse, Agent Hartley accidentally handles the Diviner, which begins to turn her arm to ash. The team grabs the device and makes a hasty retreat.

The interiors of the warehouse were a separate location, filmed in Los Angeles. It’s unclear the exact location of the Warehouse used for filming, but the interiors can be seen in this post at All Pictures Media. It is (or perhaps was) an “express logistics” facility available for rental for filming. The brief shots of May, Trip, and Skye exiting the facility were also filmed here.

Warehouse Exterior

Idaho puts Hartley and Hunter in his SUV and reverses out of the warehouse, taking off quickly. This brief moment transitions into the escape through the security checkpoint above.

This brief shot was not filmed at either of the above two locations. Instead, this insert was filmed outside one of the soundstages at Culver Studios, where Creel’s van was parked for an earlier shot. The same distinctive girders can be seen in both images.
