I’m about 95% sure that this sequence was filmed at the Gwinnett County Jail in Lawrenceville, GA. The monitor the guard is looking at shows the outside of one of the buildings at this facility, while the interior shots do appear to match with the style and decor seen in this AJC.com image. Usually in detention facilities such as this the furniture is bolted to floor, but the AJC image does show the same type of chairs and tables seen in this episode. Additionally, Marvel Studios has filmed here before. It was the gate used in Ant-Man when Scott leaves San Quentin Prison.
