After leaving SWORD HQ, Monica drives into New Jersey on her way to Westfield.
With the production taking place in the Atlanta area, the crew used stock footage of a highway and roadsign. But not one welcoming people to New Jersey. This is a shot of the Mason Dixon line (the border between Pennsylvania and Maryland, separating northern states from southern) on I-83 looking North at the Pennsylvania border.
This is an entirely different New Jersey state line than was seen in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
