This sequence starts with an establishing shot of the Cheongdam Bridge in which the truck carrying Ultron and the Cradle, will eventually drive south across.

Hawkeye spots the U-Gin truck from his quinjet as it goes into the tunnel on the Dongbu Expressway. This tunnel is just a little North of the Cheongdam Bridge.

Truck Crossing Bridge p1, Seoul
The truck carrying Ultron and the Cradle heads south, around the loop over Ttukseom Hangang Park, and onto the bridge. Captain America (who was the only actor from the main cast to be in Seoul) climbs up onto road and jumps onto truck.

Captain America hangs off the back door of the truck as it crosses the bridge. For this shot the production moved to use the Mapo Bridge, several miles away.
