Is this little display meant to insinuate that you’re gonna throw me off the roof?

Steve, Sam and Natasha question Agent Sitwell on the roof of a Washington Building, where they discover the secrets behind everything – HYDRA has been hiding in SHIELD this whole time and thousands of lives are in danger.

This scene takes place on the top of downtown Baltimore building, but that’s only due the fact that the Production set up cameras at this location to film the surrounding environment. The shape of the rooftop does not match the actual buildings geometry. The actors were all shot on a rooftop set in Los Angeles surrounded by green screens.
