After battling on the clock tower, Spider-Man and Doctor Octopus fall onto an elevated train, and continue to do battle there.
The action shifts to a train, just as the filming location shifts to The Loop in Chicago, specifically W Lake St, near N Franklin St, looking East. According to Cinefex 99, this choice was a stand in for Third Avenue ‘el’ Line circa the 1950s, even though such a thing did not exist on NYC in the early 21st Century.
