Peter Parker on rooftop.

I’m back! (Not quite).

Believing he can will his powers back into action, Peter makes a leap of faith between two buildings. Unfortunately he doesn’t quite make it and crashes onto the parked cars below.

The aerial shot appears to be a digital composite of (possibly) CG rooftops, and the parking alley located at 28 W 26th St, New York. The roof Peter runs on is 27 W 24th St, New York, and he’s leaping toward 19 W 24th St.
