Apartment fire in New York.

Somebody call the fire department! Help!

Walking home, Peter spies a burning building. No longer having his Spider-Man outfit, he rushes into the apartment to save a young girl inside.

This, like many other action moments from New York, was filmed on the Universal Studios New York Street backlot, at the corner of New York St and West Village St. According to the street sign, this is supposed to be at the corner of E 24th Street.
