I want you to find your friend Spider-Man. Or I’ll peel the flesh off her bones.

Peter meets MJ at a local Deli (at the corner of Lafayette and Astor) to continue discussing their relationship. Their conversation is interrupted by Doc Ock throwing a car through the window and grabbing Mary Jane. This confrontation make Peter resilient and he finally gets his powers back.

It’s probably obvious that a local New York business will not allow a car to be thrown through their window. As such, this was filmed on the New York Street backlot portion of Universal Studios at West Village Street. The New York skyline, in the initial pandown, was a digital addition.
