While Spider-Man (2002) used the Warner Brothers New York streets on the backlot, this production switched to Universal Studios. It’s difficult to pinpoint this exact location, which may mean that it was part of the old Brownstone Street section of the Universal backlot. In 2008, a large fire destroyed the New York Street and surrounding areas. When it was rebuilt, that original chunk of Brownstone Street was replaced by a large triangular green park.
