Carnations seem a bit pricey.
Peter picks up part of a bunch of carnations to present to MJ after the performance at a small flower vendor on the sidewalk.
Like may of the other street level scenes of New York, the Universal Studios backlot was used. This appears to be a portion of Brownstone Street, but the exact location is not determined. There was a large fire in 2008 that burned down this area of the backlot, and the rebuilt version differs from the earlier facade.
