Exterior Queen's General Hospital.

Those horrible yellow eyes!

Aunt May is admitted to the hospital after the Goblin attacks her. Peter visits, knowing his identity is leading to his family and friends getting hurt.

According to TheMovieDistrict.com, this is the Queens Hospital Center on 164th St, prior to renovations–which makes the location look much different now. The interiors were presumably shot on the Sony soundstages.
