Deke enters the Lighthouse.

Welcome to the end of the world. It’s called the Lighthouse.

The Agents arrive on a mysterious space station, which they later find out is in the future. It’s the Lighthouse, an underground bunker that was exposed to space during some future cataclysm and overrun by the Kree, who subjugate the remaining humans living there.

The Lighthouse was the new standing set at Culver Studios for Season 5. The interior hallways and rooms replaced the old SHIELD base of The Playground, which was destroyed in Season 4 during the LMD story arc. Later in Season 5, elements of the futuristic Lighthouse set would be reworked into the present-day version, located on the shore of Lake Ontario.
