I looked up SVR detention centers connected to the unit number found on the dead agents’ uniforms. And this one right here was a front during the Cold War for a submarine base.
Establishing Shot
Using some reverse image search (presumably), Daisy tracks Anton Ivanov, The Superior, to an old SVR Base in Krasnoyarsk Krai.
The establishing shots look like stock footage that may, or may not, be Russia with some additional visual effects added to them. The satellite image is from Russia, specifically the Tazovsky District. The image comes from a small slice on the eastern side of the inlet to the Gulf of Ob. Krasnoyarsk Krai is a district further to the east of Tazovsky, which borders the Kara Sea.
With all the discussion of the SVR in this episode, it might be beneficial to explain what that is. SVR is the Russian translation of the phrase ‘Foreign Intelligence Service’, or Sluzhba Vneshney Razvedki.

Warehouse and Submarine Bay
The base is broken into two areas: the first is the submarine pens with the catwalk, elevator, and narrow hallway. This is where the team witnesses Ivanov’s submarine departing as they regroup at the end of the episode.
The warehouse portions were filmed in the Firestone Tire Warehouse in South Gate, the same location used for Ivanov’s abandoned Nome, Alaska, warehouse. The submarine pen and water were a digital addition made to the location.

Hallway and Cell
The second portion of the base is the spacious cell where Mace is being held, the hallway, and the control room.
These areas were all created on a soundstage.
