Matt awakens in a hospital room and tries to convince Heather and Kirsten that Fisk is dangerous, but does not reveal how he knows. Soon, Buck comes to kill him, but Matt has already sneaked out by that time.

The original Daredevil series used several hospitals to film its interiors, but this doesn’t look like any of them. It may still be one of them; there just needs to be a few more details.

The series returns to this oft-used hospital in the second episode when Cherry is admitted after his heart attack. Episode 5 features a lot of action here as Vanessa is brought in for an injury sustained in the previous episode. The same unknown location from Season 1 was used, which also includes a basement or parking garage level.

Exterior

The exterior of Metro-General is shown briefly in episode 5, as a reporter broadcasts from in front of the hospital. This is the exterior of Metropolitan Hospital, off E 97th Street in East Harlem. This is the same location that many Netflix shows used as various parts of Metro-General, leading to the idea that perhaps the interior scenes above were also filmed here.
